Stay at Alice Springs Hotel

The staff were friendly and helpful. We had a small fridge but had to use a microwave on the ground floor near reception. To reach supermarkets and Todd Mall meant going through the underground car park and opening a couple of doors with the room key, so it was easy and secure.

The location was great with exit onto the Mall and close to most things. There was a bit of street noice but not much. The carpark was easy to access and secure. The room was comfortable & enough room for 2 people. It had a table with 2 chairs which was good. They supplied biscuits as well as tea, coffee & milk and the laundry was easy to access with machines that only took half an hour to wash.

The position of the hotel is great also because many services take it as a reference/pick up point and it is super close to the shopping centre. The staff is super kind and available (Ricardo was great!). The room is big and the working air con makes it super comfortable. I loved the complementary tea and biscuits!

Terrific place, walk straight onto Todd Mall out the back, and it fronts Todd River. Safe undercover parking. The rooms are dated but it's incredibly good value. BBQ is a good one with a gas burner so we could cook complete meals. The price decreased closer to our stay, so we cancelled my partner's booking and I rebooked.
